Description

Combined Synopsis- Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603)
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-22-Q-0118 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2022-07) as of 10 August 2022. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 334111. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees.

Description/Purpose:
This requirement is for the parts, hardware and labor to program and install a brand-name CISCO CODEC dual classification VTC/SVTC with a CRESTON control system in Air Force Global Strike Command's A5 Conference Room, Suite 311, at Barksdale Air Force Base.

The CISCO CODEC system, as outlined in the Equipment List within the Statement of Work (SOW), is required for seamless interfacing with the CISCO VTC bridge and Global Video Services (GVS) connections that are already in place. All equipment will be Joint Interoperability Test Command (JTIC) certified, certified to operate on the DoD Information Network as part of the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) DoD Information Network (DoDIN) Approved Products List (APL), TAA-Compliant, and programing must meet DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) requirements. Equipment programming as well as a one-year maintenance contract are required as a part of this requirement.
