Vendors Questions & Government s Answers 1. The BOSCH Autodome Starlight 7000 1080p HD IP Low-Light PTZ Dome Camera (VG5-7230-EPC5) seems to have been discontinued with Bosch. Can we use a different model camera from Bosch that is similar? Answer 1: yes, alternate options must work within the existing Bosch system. Visits are welcomed if vendor would like to gather additional data 2. Do you have a drawing or map of the building with the camera locations and IDF room marked? Answer 2: I do not. There is internal access to the top of the building, we must coordinate with building management, I will be able to show you where the inside camera is. Visits are welcomed if vendor would like to gather additional data 3. Will you need mounts for the external cameras? If so, is there a specific model mount you would like? Answer 3: no, please use existing mounts 4. Has a site survey been scheduled? If so, may we have the details. Answer 4: No, I can be contacted to schedule Wednesday July 6 Friday July 8 0800-2pmd SITE VISIT Site Visit: Monday, July 11, 2022 from 8:00AM to 2:00PM eastern time. Contact: Michael Gall at michael.gall@va.gov between 8AM & 2PM eastern time to schedule a site visit. Provide: Company name, address, phone number, and email as well as the names of all individuals who will be present at the site visit. NOTE: No questions will be answered during the site visit. Can they be accessed with ladders, or will we need to bring lift equipment/bucket truck? Answer 1: Three building exterior roof cameras can be accessed through roof access by interior ladder on third floor. Interior camera will require 8ft ladder to access on interior stairwell wall
