Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available.

This Solicitation is for the Modification of House Guardrails at Multiple Buildings of the Embassy of the United States of America in Manila, Philippines.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. 

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. 

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about mid of August 2024.  The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation.

The Government is planning a mandatory site visit and pre-quotation conference and the date for this site visit and conference will be in the solicitation.  
 

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer via email to ManilaContracting@state.gov prior to the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB.  If the file size should exceed the 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
