Fall Protection for R-11 and C300 Refueling Vehicles

The 115th Fighter Wing in Madison, WI, requires permanently installed fall protection on the following refueling vehices to ensure employee safety during inspection and maintenance:

1. R-11 Refueler, 6 EACH
2. C300 Refueler, 1 EACH

This is a Sources Sought to identify sources capable of fulfilling this requirement. Vendors capable of providing these items are encouraged to to provide information via email with the following information:

1. Please include Sources Sought W50S9F24Q0019 in the subject line.
2. Name of the firm and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
3. The socioeconomic status of the company.
4. Point of contact name, phone number, and email address.
5. Description of fall protection system.

This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. The Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submissions will not be returned. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if any is issued.
