The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Architecture and Integration Directorate, (AFLCMC/XA-AT) Anti Tamper Executive Agent Program Office (ATEA PO)

Notice: Announcement for Anti-Tamper Industry Day, tentatively scheduled for 3 February 2023, in Orlando FL.

The intent of this ATEA PO Industry Day is for the Government to present the upcoming Secure Solution Forum’s Anti-Tamper (AT) Areas of Interest (AOIs). The Secure Solutions Forum will provide AT solution providers the opportunity to present their secure solutions to the AT community, weapon systems program offices, and approved industry partners. In preparation for Industry Day, providers can request the draft AOIs (which are classified at the Secret/Collateral level) by sending the request via email to aflcmc.at.industryday@us.af.mil, to include a subject line title: “Anti-Tamper AOIs Request”.  Requests for the classified AOIs shall include at a minimum:

  • the company name,
  • the technical point of contact (POC) name and phone number,
  • Facility Security Officer (FSO) name and phone number,
  • CAGE code,
  • statement of facility clearance and safeguarding capability, and
  • a valid address for receiving classified material at the Secret/Collateral level Restrictions.

Industry Day will be held at the Collateral Secret level, US citizens only. You must have a secret clearance and a valid Need to Know (NTK) to attend; this will be validated by the ATEA PO. A list of attendees as well as questions and answers will be posted to SAM.gov upon completion. Attendance at Industry Day is NOT a requirement. Pre-registration is mandatory for Industry Day. Submit registration via email to aflcmc.at.industryday@us.af.mil, providing:

  • the business name,
  • cage code,
  • address,
  • attendee name(s), telephone number(s) and email address(es)

Industry Day requests must be submitted no later than 1600ET, 13 January 2023. The Industry Day email requests shall include a subject line title: "Anti-Tamper Industry Day". Specifics, including directions, required documents, agenda, question forms, and ground rules will be provided by email. Due to space limitations, no more than two (2) representatives from each vendor will be permitted to attend.

The Anti Tamper Executive Agent (ATEA) Program Office (ATEA PO) Secure Solutions Forum (SSF) is tentatively scheduled for 3 April 2023, in Baltimore, MD. In support of the SSF an RFI will be tentatively released on 6 February 2023. Due to time and space limitations the government will use the RFI responses to down select the SSF presenters based on the Industry Day’s AOI’s and maturity/relevance of the secure solution.

Note: Participation in this Industry Day is voluntary; inability to attend does not preclude participation in future RFIs or the SSF.
