Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) will utilize Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Price Proposals will be evaluated for balance, completeness, and reasonableness.

All Proposals will be technically evaluated as compared to the Statement of Work (SOW). The technical evaluation will include a comparison of the required documentation as it relates to the SOW.  It is the Government’s intent to award a contract without discussions; however, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if deemed necessary.

The evaluation factors for this solicitation are (1) Technical Capability, (2) KMOD HVAC Requirements, JV Letter of Commitment (if applicable); Subcontractor Letter of Commitment (if applicable) and (3) Price. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Offer.
