Description

Adds Amendment 0001, Attendees at the Prebid Meeting and Questions and Answers.

This is a solicitation notice. Proposals are being solicited by the USDA Forest Service for the Hill City Shop Sprinkler System Rehab project. The purpose of this project is to remove and replace existing fire sprinklers; add additional piping and fire sprinklers to areas not adequately protected by existing system; install fire alarm system including fire alarm panel, pull stations, detection devices, notification devices, and supervisory devices; provide associated ceiling tile removal and reinstallation, patching, painting, electrical, and communication cabling.

Project Location: 24030 Highway 385, Hill City, South Dakota

In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.

Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
