Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for FORSCOM/USARC UPS Maintenance Services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina

Solicitation No. W912PM22Q0047. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside.

This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07 effective August 10, 2022. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 with a size standard of $11 million.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District is requesting “UPS Maintenance Services” for FORSCOM/USARC located at Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall, North Carolina, meeting the specifications within the attached Performance Work Statement. The resulting award issued from this request will be for one (1) Base year and four (4) Option Years. Service Contract Act Wage Determinations 2015-4413 Rev 21, for Richmond County and 2015-4437 Rev 19, for Cumberland County, NC will apply. The Offeror is responsible for referring to the wage determination and applying it as applicable.
