The contractor shall provide Occupational Health Registered Nursing Services for the US Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division (SAD), Regional Occupational Health Center (ROHC) to a maintain registered nurses to support routine staffing, temporary increases in workload, new mission support, reorganization support, short-term and part-time requirements, and workload fluctuations. Nursing services will be provided to Federal employees of participating agencies in accordance with the SAD ROHC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), established standards, applicable Department of Defense (DoD), and Army specific regulations, directives, and policies and procedures. The South Atlantic Division areas of responsibility include Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. Each ROHC clinic is a fully operational Occupational Health clinic. The ROHC will provide direction for Occupational Health services within the Region. The ROHC is headquartered in the Federal Building, 109 St. Joseph Street, Mobile, Alabama. The ordering period shall be one (1) Base Year and two (2) 12-month option years.The Contractor shall provide qualified registered nurses (i.e., graduate from an approved nursing program and pass the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN), to provide occupational health services to US Army Corps of Engineers employees, as well as other federal employees of participating agencies.Service Locations. The contractor shall provide qualified registered nurses to provide occupational health services on-site at ROHC SAD district office clinics. - Mobiles clinic is located in the Federal Building at 109 St. Joseph St., Room 2009, Mobile, Alabama.- Savannahs clinic is located in the Juliette Gordon Low Building at 100 W. Oglethorpe Ave, Room 1021 Savannah, Georgia.- Jacksonvilles clinic is located in the Prudential Building at 701 San Marco Blvd, Suite 6W Room 627, Jacksonville, Florida.- Charlestons clinic is located at 69A Hagood Ave, Health Clinic 3rd Floor, Charleston, South Carolina.This procurement is 100% set-aside for Woman Owned Small Business. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $10,000,000.00 under NAICS 621399.The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://sam.gov/. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest.
