General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:
- Offered space must be contiguous.
- If the space is not on the ground floor, then the remainder of the office space shall be located on the second floor directly above the first-floor space and have a minimum of two elevators available.
- Space must allow for efficient configuration and not present significant design constraints, such as, irregular shape, length greater than twice the width, large columns (over 2’ by 2’) or column spacing less than 20’ on center and 20’ from exterior walls.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual-flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
