The POP will be from 12-1-2021 through 4-30-2022. Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: This request is being entered as a sole source because Legacy Electric is the only contractor that has a strong knowledge of the Cleveland facility and can navigate the facility without the help of the Construction shop which is a requirement. Description of market research conducted and results or statement why it was not conducted: FAR 13.106-1-VIP queried using NAICS Code 811219 and electrician identified no SDVOSB or VOSB contractors that are third party contractors associated with Legacy Electric. Therefore, the VA Rule of Two cannot be met. Contracting Officer's Certification: Purchase is approved in accordance with FAR13.106-1(b).
