General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: ME

City: Orono

Delineated Area:

Within Penobscot County, Maine within an industrial and/or a research & development zoned area bounded by: North: Route 43 East: Route 2 to Route 178 South: I-395 West: I-95  

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,969

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,415 RSF

Space Type: Office, laboratory

Additional Requirements: Ground floor space with on grade access for the operation of a wet laboratory. Security camera for parking lot: 6 GOVs and 2 boats; One EV station with structure in place for two more in the future. Floor drains in wet lab and interior/exterior hose bibs. Loading dock- on grade access required for unloading of heavy pallets.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
