Draft RFP - Multi-Engine Training System (METS) Ground Based Training System (GBTS)

Under the authority of FAR 5.205(c), this is a special notice regarding the availability of a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) correlated to the Pre-Solicitation Notice – N6134021R0070 Multi-Engine Training System (METS) Ground Based Training System (GBTS) and Curriculum posting on 19 May 2022, previously made available. As with that earlier posting, the U.S. Government intends to compete this effort as a full and open competition. This notice also makes the following documents available upon request:

1.          Statement of work (“SOW”).
2.          Specification.
3.         Contract data requirements list (“CDRL”) set.

One or more of the documents listed above constitutes controlled unclassified information (“CUI”), is export controlled, or both. Therefore, to receive this CUI, a respondent must have a current certification from the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (“JCP”).

Any requests for access to the technical documents associated with this procurement must be by e-mail to the responsible Contract Specialists, Mr. Michael Davis and Ms. Jessica McTaggart.
