Standard Procurement System (SPS) Procurement Desktop-Defense (PD2) Migration

The Defense Information Systems Agency, National Capital Region (DISA-NCR), Fort Meade, Maryland intends to negotiate a sole source contract with CACI NSS, LLC at 14370 Newbrook Dr., Chantilly, VA 20151.  This requirement is to migrate the DISA Scott AFB, IL Standard Procurement System (SPS) Procurement Desktop-Defense (PD2) applications from DISANET to the DISA Hosting and Compute Center (HaCC) and will consist of the PD2 application installation, adapter server installation, and database server installation, merge, and migration to the HaCC. The resulting contract will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis.  The anticipated period of performance is from 1 – 30 June 2023.   

This is not a request for competitive proposals. Requests for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the limited source authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is supported by a Limited Source Justification and Approval (J&A) which is being coordinated and, upon approval, a copy of it will be posted here on SAM.gov to comply with the public display requirements of FAR 8.405-6(a)(2).
