Description

Amendment 1: 

This solicitation has been amended to reflect the range of magnitude, this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204(d). FAR Subpart 19.15 is to be competed among Small Business concerns as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 337920 Blind and Shade Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1000 Employees. The PSC classification is 7230 Draperies, Awnings, and Shades. The Government anticipates issuing an award based upon the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Part 15.101-2. The Government also anticipates establishing evaluation factors that may assess price, technical acceptability, prior history, and SAM exclusions.

All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available on the System for Award Management website: http://www.SAM.gov. 

SITE VISIT: 11:00 AM on 26 Jul at Columbus AFB.  Please forward your request for a site visit along with the names of the individuals who will attend NLT 25 July to the attention of trace.carello@us.af.mil AND angela.busby-blackburn@us.af.mil.

All questions shall be submitted to trace.carello@us.af.mil AND angela.busby-blackburn@us.af.mil NLT COB CST on 31 July 2023.

All proposals/bids shall be submitted in electronic format to the attention of trace.carello@us.af.mil AND angela.busby-blackburn@us.af.mil no later than  0730 CST on 4 August 2023

The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full renovation of the existing rubber fall protection surface and the installation of new sunshade equipment. The Contractor shall perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references.
