This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation 70LGLY21QGLB00097 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and the associated NAICS code 323117 with Size Standard 500. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. 

 REQUIREMENT:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA has requirement for American Red Cross Publications.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS:

Offerors shall submit firm-fixed pricing for all items listed in this solicitation. Pricing shall be inclusive of all associated charges and delivery fees. Items are to be conditioned new.

Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email Gretchen.Lovell@fletc.dhs.gov and are due no later than August 12, 2022, 4:00 PM EDT. Submissions must have Solicitation No. 70LGLY22QGLB00097 in Subject line of the email.
