The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide monitoring, evaluation and learning services in order to promote evidence-based decision making for adaptive management across USAID. The services under these awards require skills in monitoring, evaluation research design (including qualitative methods, quantitative impact evaluation methods, experimental and quasi-experimental design), data collection, analysis, and synthesis, report writing, and planning for USAID’s Office of Policy, Planning and Learning, Office of Learning, Evaluation, and Research (USAID/PPL/LER) as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
USAID anticipates awarding up to fifteen (15), 7-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) with a 5-year ordering period to small businesses. The NAICS Code for this award is 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.
