Description

This notice of opportunity invites current holders of the Department of Energy (DOE) ESPC indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to submit a written response (an expression of interest) to be considered for contractor selection for this potentital task order award. 

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) seeks expressions of interest and statements of qualifications from DOE ESPC IDIQ contract holders for an ESPC on four facilities that the IRS has delegated authority for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) from the General Servies Administration (GSA). The facilities are IRS Headquarters in Washington, DC; the Odgen Service Center in Ogden, UT; the Memphis Service Center in Memphis, TN; and the Austin Service Center in Austin, TX. 

Contractors may submit general questions or questions about the selection process in writing via e-mail to William Scheier (William.J.ScheierJr@irs.gov) prior to 3:00 pm EDT on Friday June 17, 2022.
