Update 12/6/2022: This announcement constitutes multiple Requests for Information (RFIs). These are NOT Requests for Proposals.
The FAA issued a revised Sources Sought/Request for Information for the AJW portfolio on October 22, 2021 (Notice ID – 10282020). As a result of industry/other feedback, updates in requirements, and changes in scope, the FAA has revised and updated its requirements and acquisition strategy. Attached to this SAM posting are three updated market surveys with updated statements of work for the AJW Integrated Support Services (AISS), AJW Configuration Management Support (ACMS) and Business, Financial and Administrative Support (BFAS) requirements.
The FAA is updating its market research for all three requirements and is seeking comments on the attached draft Statements of Work and responses to the questions contained in Section 4 of the attached three Requests for Information. Previous responses to this RFI will not be considered.
The FAA will continue to consider and may utilize industry inputs in the development of the AISS, ACMS, and BFAS solicitations and anticipated award(s).
Companies interested in responding to these requests for information should send their response as well as comments or questions to Mrs. Karina Espinosa at Karina.Espinosa@faa.gov (primary Contracting Officer) and Mrs. Kristin Frantz at Kristin.T.Frantz@faa.gov (alternate Contracting Officer). As a result of industry/other feedback, updates in requirements, and changes in scope, the FAA has revised and updated its acquisition strategy. This updated market survey request represents the initial requirement of a portfolio of contracts for support to the Technical Operations (AJW) organization.
The FAA is releasing a total of three market surveys to this SAM posting for updated work scope that was originally included in the initial AISS Sources Sough/RFI including requirements for business, financial, administrative, and configuration management support.
The FAA is seeking comments on the attached draft Statements of Work and responses to the questions contained in Section 4 of the attached three Requests for Information for the AJW Integrated Support Services (AISS), AJW Configuration Management Support (ACMS) and Business, Financial and Administrative Support (BFAS) requirements.
