Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a brand name Request for Quotes (RFQ) for 250,000 Experian PreciseID licenses. Experian PreciseID is the only product capable of meeting the CDC's need because it integrates fraud detection, identity verification, and robust analytics and scoring factors to determine the risk profiles of users of CDC's SimpleReport Tool. There are no other tools that provide a similar set of fraud detection capabilities, combined with the monitoring and reporting functionality, within a single solution that is as easily configurable and customizable as the Experian tool. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit a specific brand-name product under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government.  A determination by the government to solicit only the brand-name product based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Any quotation/response should be emailed to contract specialist William O'Bryan at rvq0@cdc.gov by 5:00 PM EDT May 24, 2022.
