Description
This is a non-personal services contract to provide operational assessment, joint vision and training strategy, and a functional assessment of training capabilities related to Mobilization Exercises (MOBEX) and Command Post Exercises (CPX) program management. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform operational assessment, joint vision and training strategy, and a functional assessment of training capabilities related to Mobilization Exercises (MOBEX) and Command Post Exercises (CPX) program management services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
Required travel will be included on the award as a "not to exceed" travel CLIN based on Joint Travel Regulation allowances for each of the locations for which travel will be required (Japan, Korea, Guam, Alaska) (See ConTvl attachment for location of TDYs and duration).
Although CLINS 0002; 1002; 2002; 3002; and 4002 are cited on the solicitation, vendor quotes for travel are not required. As stated the travel CLIN will be a NTE and vendors are only expected to cite their pricing for CLINS 0001; 1001; 2001; 3001; and 4001.
Prior attachment was flawed and is being replaced with the updated and released solicitation amendmenrt vs the incorrect/erroneous info that tansposed data/completed only partial changes previously.
