Description

DLA intends to exercise the 5-year Option Period per H-01 of the Bell Boeing Captains of Industry (COI) Contract SPRPA1-17-D-009U for PMI CLIN 0001 (SPE4AX-20-D-9001) is effective on 01 DEC 2024 and is valid for five years with an expiration date of 30 NOV 2029.

This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to contract with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR). DLA-Aviation can only receive Source Approval Requests (SAR) through DoDSafe link due to internet/web safety concerns per Engineering.  To submit your SAR, please send an email to: dlaavnsmallbus@dla.mil, subject line "request a SAR drop off". Include CAGE code, the NSN, and the email address where you want to receive the DoDSafe link.  After we receive your email request, a DoDSafe drop off will be returned, where you can download your SAR file and return.
