Description
NOTICE OF INTENT – This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302 other than full and open competition as authorized by statute. This requirement is for Maintenance and updates the Regional Contingency Plan/Area Contingency Plan and the EPA Region 5 Inland Sensitivity Atlas. One award will be made to theUpper Mississippi River Basin Association (UMRBA) for the states of Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota, a second contract will be awarded to the Great Lakes Commission (GLC) for the states of Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana.
