***UPDATE April 29, 2022*** The Government has posted a DISA Headquarters site visit and tour report that includes Q&A that was provided during the site visit. Also, as a result of two additional questions, the Government is releasing Amendment 0002 that updates FAR 52.212-1(b), Instruction to Offerors, clarifies that CBARS and PPQs are excluded from the Volume IV - Past Performance page limitation. Please see Amendment 0002 and the updated Q&A document for details.
***UPDATE April 25, 2022*** The Government has posted the questions and answers (Q&A) to this opportunity. Additionally, the Government is posting amendment 0001 to this opportunity to reflect changes as a result of questions that were answered. The changes to the solicitation are highlighted in yellow. Offerors are encouraged to review all of the changes to the solicitation.
DISA Headquarters site visit: The Government will provide a tour of the DISA HQ Warehouse on Fort Meade, MD to all interested companies on April 28, 2022, at 9:00 AM EST. Companies interested in attending must email michelle.l.bontempo.civ@mail.mil and courtesy copy (cc) julienne.e.williams.civ@mail.mil by 3:00 PM EST April 26, 2022, for details on the visit. A visitor access request must be submitted for each person planning to attend, thus, the Government cannot accomodate walk-ins.

This is a request for proposal (RFP) to support the DISA Enterprise Logistics Division (MP3)'s requirement for warehouse operations, property accountability and real property accountability, policy and compliance support, facilities and industrial property services. Funds are not presently available for this effort and no award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. See attachments for solicitation and solicitation attachments.
