Description

The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting for one firm-fixed price, commercial item supply contract for the fabrication and installation of dump truck bodies and accessories on three (3) government-owned cabs for the Roseburg District BLM, Roseburg, OR. Completed Dump Trucks will be used to haul crushed and oversize rock, hot mix asphalt, dirt and mud waste, and woody debris in the performance of road maintenance tasks on timber access roads. They will also be used to tow trailers for hauling rock, hot mix asphalt, and heavy equipment.

The period of performance for this requirement is estimated to be 03/18/2024 to 08/01/2024.

The NAICS code is 336212 - Truck and Trailer Manufacturing, with a small business standard of 1,000 employees.

The Request for Quotation No. 140L4324Q0047, using the principles of FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, will be issued on or by February 26, 2024.

Evaluation factors may include technical capability, past performance, and price. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses.
