Therapeutic Apheresis Services
Will we be able to review the body of the document beyond the August 23rd submission date?
The solicitation will remain posted on Sam.gov for sixty days after the revised solicitation end date of 8/30/2023.
Also, what is the desired start date?
As mentioned in the Statement of Work s Price/Cost Schedule the desired start date is 09/25/2023.
 Do I just send to you?  Or do I need to do this through SAM.gov?
As mentioned in the ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES under SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS it states:
Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to Lacy.Morgan@va.gov no later than the solicitation due date/time.
