ENVELOPE, MATERIAL CONTROL TAG

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure material control tag envelopes for the Norfolk, Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes is 326111 and the procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses with lowest price technically acceptable evaluation factor. The contract line item is as follows:

CLIN 0001: ENVELOPE, MATERIAL CONTROL TAG,

QTY: 9000

Specifications:

      A. Useable space dimensions length 8 3/4” x 6” wide

      B.  Closure: zipper with slider

      C. 4 eyelet hanger ¼” diameter

      D. Material: 6 mil polyethyene clear

The solicitation number will be SPMYM122Q0074.
