Description

Request for Information – HE125422RFI0006

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is conducted marketing research for Instructional Coaching Platform. DoDEA seeks information on how an interested contractor could provide a vendor-hosted, cloud-based instructional coaching platform for our approximately 180 educational technologists (ETs) who work in our schools located in the United States, Europe, and Pacific. The platform will help systemize the delivery and measurement of instructional coaching that will enable DoDEA to make reliable data-driven decisions to increase its impact on educator growth and ultimately student learning and achievement.

This request for information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning and does not constitute a request for quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future.

Although your company’s response to this RFI is greatly appreciated, the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; i.e., all costs associated with responding to this RFI are solely the responder’s responsibility.

Not responding to the RFI does not preclude a company from responding to a future RFQ. If an RFQ is released, it will be synopsized on the SAM.gov website. Potential responders are responsible to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

We request your response no later than Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 9:00 AM EST. Note: this is an update from the original response date of Thursday, August 31, 2022. The RFI attachment reflects the earlier date.

For additional information, please see the attached RFI.
