Description

The work consists of the design of a new 5,000sqft office building, visitor center and associated site utilities and improvements. The work includes, but is not limited to earthwork, site utilities, exterior concrete flatwork, floor assemblies, structural insulated panel walls with siding, shop-fabricated wood truss roof, doors and windows, interior framed partitions and finishes, plumbing, HVAC system, and electrical power and lighting systems.
