Description

Solicitation Notice – FA5004-22-R-0001 – Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirements (SABER) Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract 

The following is a summary of work: 

This contract will provide a streamlined means to complete non-complex construction and repair projects that encompass most types of real property maintenance, repair, and construction work in the State of Alaska, primarily at Eielson Air Force Base (EAFB) and Clear Space Force Station (CSFS) in Alaska.  All work shall be in conformance with the requirements of the contract including, but not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management, and other services (including engineering/technical design support), items, and incidentals necessary for the successful completion of each issued task order.   


Locations of work will be primarily on EAFB and CSFS to include all associated training areas, other associated sites outside the base proper, and various remote sites.  The specific place of performance will be designated on each individual Task Order. 
The disclosure of magnitude(less than 2M) will be listed on each individual Task Order.  The aggregate total of all projects combined for a base year plus six option years shall not exceed $75,000,000.00. 


This acquisition shall be awarded on the basis of competition limited to 100% small business. 


The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. 

The solicitation will be issued electronically.It will be available only via the System for Award Management  (www.sam.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors should register at www.sam.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation.

 A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement, all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this web site.
