Description

The United States Air Force Band will be attending the 2023 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo in the months of July and August 2023.  In order to attend, a round-trip, international, palletized shipment between Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, DC and Redford Cavalry Barracks (RCB) in Edinburgh, Scotland is required.  Bi-directional, international, door-to-door, white glove packing, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery is required for USAF Band items and equipment.  The shipment includes approximately three pallets consisting of musical instruments, audio equipment, uniforms, and additional miscellaneous gear.  The Vendor will provide trained, certified, and fully qualified personnel, supervision, task management, technical services, and required tools.  The Vendor will be required to coordinate equipment movement and must be able to navigate all logistics between the two locations, including customs.
