Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 (effective date 05-22-2024). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 336999, and Product Service Code of 2310. Solicitation 127EAV24Q0061 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

The Cibola National Forest is soliciting quotes on a competitive basis from qualified organizations to enter a firm fixed price contract for a UTV. Responses to solicitation 127EAV24Q0061 must be in accordance with specifications, which can be found in the attached documents.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer best conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process.

Contractors must be registered with the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM.gov) at the time of solicitation due date to be considered for a government contract. The offeror must be registered in SAM to be technically acceptable.  Information regarding these requirements and how to register may be obtained from http://www.sam.gov.

Offers are being accepted by electronic mail at fareedah.vaughn@usda.gov. Offers must be submitted using the attached forms, signed by company officer with contact information, and are due no later than 5:00 PM EDT on June 28, 2024.

All questions regarding this RFQ must be sent in writing via e-mail to Fareedah Vaughn at fareedah.vaughn@usda.gov no later than June 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM EDT.

The performance period will begin approximately July 8, 2024, with delivery completed on or before July 31, 2024. If you are unable to meet this delivery timeframe, please note your earliest possible delivery date when you submit your quote.
