Description
Amendment 0001 extends the quote due date to 9/5/2022 at 5pm CT.
Site Visit Questions and Answers, General Questions and Answers, and the revised Statement of Work is attached. Reference to Attachment E on page 2 of 12444522Q0062, is changed to Attachment D.
The US Forest Service , CSA#6 Team, announces a total small business set-aside request for quote opportunity for mine site inspection services on the Mark Twain National Forest located in Missouri. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541620 with a size standard of $16.5 million. It is anticipated that one firm fixed price contract will be awarded from this solicitation. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. The contractor shall provide all project management, administrative services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work described in this solicitation.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Project Summary: The United States Forest Service (USFS) requires a Contractor to perform a Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Site Inspection (SI) at the Einstein Mine Site located on the Mark Twain National Forest (MTNF) in Madison County, Missouri.
