Description

QUESTIONS ARE WRITTEN IN BLACK & RESPONSES ARE WRITTEN IN RED Question 1: For the tests listed in section B.2.III the solicitation indicates that the quantities and frequencies are the estimate for a year. Are the totals the MAXIMUM that the VA would anticipate? If the annual totals are greater, please clarify the maximum of each anticipated test. The quantity and frequency are the correct amount and frequency with the frequency listed below. 10 Lead and copper samples are require in July of 2024 and July 2027. They are on a 3 year schedule. TTHM & Halocetic Acids will need to be collected as the same schedule as Alkalinity. Those months are January, April, July and October. Question 2: Is access to the Compliance Monitoring Data Portal (CMDP) available to the SDVOSB company representative for uploading? Yes. Maryland Department of the Environment Water Supply Program will give the contract laboratory access to the CMDP  portal and they will assist in the portal access set up. The website is listed below.
