Description
In order to address the Questions and Answers submitted and provide adequate time for Offerors to incorporate the responses, SIR No. 693KA9-24-R-00007 proposal submission date is temporarily suspended. A new proposal due date will be established once the questions are fully addressed. Please monitor SAM.gov for further updates.
The Contractor must provide support services for the development of management and leadership skills at both the formal and informal levels. The services will also include providing coaching, organizational development, and teambuilding within the entire organization of ABP (to include non-managers). The primary outcome of this support will be to improve organizational climate, managerial and supervisory effectiveness, and employee engagement. The audience for this support may include supervisory and non-supervisory support staff.
