Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools, including incidentals, necessary
to replace all the exterior windows and exterior doors at the Punkin Center Crew Quarters building on
the Tonto Basin Ranger District.
Replace Front Exterior Door includes all work necessary to remove and replace the front exterior door.
The existing door, hinges, weather stripping and frame shall be removed and disposed of off National
Forest lands. Replacing the door shall include installing a left-inswing, steel exterior door, new door
hinges, door frame, striker plates, deadbolt lock and lockable door handle. The exterior door shall be
painted latex-based, exterior, semi-gloss white. The door frame shall be color matched to the exterior
door trim (dark brown) and shall be latex exterior, semi-gloss type paint. The door shall have a deadbolt
lock and lockable handle installed, keyed the same for the front and rear door locks. Weather stripping
shall be installed around the bottom of the door and door frame. Contractor shall verify dimensions
prior to installation.
