IDIQ CONTRACT VEHICLE for the purchase of Hydrologic Equipment and Repair on Brand Name or Equal Basis in accordance with Attached Documents
The USGS Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility (HIF) has a need to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracting vehicle for the recurring purchases of Hydrologic Equipment and Repair on Brand Name or Equal basis in accordance with attached documents. The equipment is to be delivered to the USGS Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility, 27 Kirkbride Lane, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. The proposed period of performance is 09/11/2024 thru 09/10/2029.
There are no option periods.
Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0124Q0209 will be issued on or about 7/12/2024 with written quotes due on or about 07/24/2024 at 8:00 AM ED.
Amendment 0001 to Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0124Q0209 will be issued on or about 7/29/2024 with written quotes due on or about 08/08/2024 at 8:00 AM ED. Amendment 0001 dissolves the small business set aside. Please see Amendment 0001 for all updates.
This requirement is being procured utilizing the procedures in FAR subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
This acquisition is FULL AND OPEN and will be competed pursuant to FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 334513. The size standard is 750 employees.
The anticipated award date of the contract is 08/20/2024. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/ to be awarded the purchase order.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses MUST be submitted via email to jwalsh@usgs.gov.
