Description(s):

The 180th FW Contracting Office at Toledo ANGB, issuing this Solicitation for Project No.: WYTD232003 Construct Wall Building 150 and 101, this is to construct a drywall partition and modify existing finishes creating an office space.

The construction/contract duration is 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction.

This project is solicited as Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238130, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years.  The magnitude is between  $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Bids are required to be valid for 120 days after bid closing.

Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid confirms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
