Description
This design-build project will include design services and construction services to rehabilitate Steam Ferryboat Eureka. Work will include design-build services for replacement of the hull, preservation of mechanical components, replacement of necessary mechanical systems (electrical, water, fire suppression, dehumidification), in-kind replacement of superstructure components, accessibility improvements within the ship, and facilitating a value analysis workshop to assist the NPS with evaluating the design alternatives and selecting a preferred alternative.
