Description:

NASA/Johnson Space Center (JSC) has a requirement for the extension of the Communications, Outreach, Multimedia, and Information Technology (COMIT) Contract.

NASA/JSC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from MORI Associates, Inc.  Only MORI Associates, Inc. has the capability to provide diverse and specialized support services for Information Technology (IT), information management, communications, and multimedia services at NASA JSC, its associated sites and facilities, NASA Headquarters, and other NASA Centers during the period until IT services and communications services can be transitioned to regional or Agency-wide contracts.  This extension will include 6 months of performance from April 1, 2023, through September 30, 2023, at no cost to the Government.

The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
