AMENDMENT 0002 posted 19 August 2024.
The purpose of this amendment is to state that the previous amendment (0001) was issued erroneously, due to the fact at least 2 offers had been received before the solicitation offers due date, thus satisfying the competition requirements. As a result the offers due end date is 19 August 2024 at 02:00 PM CDT.
AMENDMENT 0001 posted 19 August 2024.
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offers due date until 09 September 2024, 02:00 PM CDT, to change the Small Business Set-Aside from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to Small Business, and to provide the VIN numbers for the two Military Razors, which are as follows: 4XAXT9EMB176317 and 4XAXT9EMB182227.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Hurlburt Fields 18th Special Operations Test and Evaluation Squadron (18 SOTES) has a requirement to replace and install two 2014 Military Razor 900 motors. The contractor shall accomplish all maintenance/repairs of equipment to include the following: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to replace and install two 2014 Polaris MRZR (Military Razor) motors. Contractor will provide two Polaris MRZR 900 motors that meet or exceed OEM manufacture motor specifications, new motors may be remanufactured due to age of MRZRs. Company shall accomplish full replacement of MRZR motors to be fully operational. No further repairs authorized. Contractor shall provide a list of all applicable Federal and State regulations covering the certification and testing of replacing motors. Contractor will dispose of the old motors. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Objective (SOJ). Specific maintenance tasks performed shall be IAW the procedures outlined by the respective manufacturer.
