Maverick Armory Sustainment and Engineering services

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD Advanced Development Team (ADT)  intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the GSA schedule# GS-35F-220DA Raven Solutions, Rancho Bernardo Business center, 11440 West Bernardo Court, Suite 300, San Diego CA 92121 for the purchase sustainment and engineering services for the Maverick Armory Cloud Enclave. 

This effort will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B).  Raven Solutions is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and has already demonstrated their expertise and ability in the design and development of the Maverick Armory Amazon Web Services environment.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized; no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the Contracting Officer(s) listed below which shall be considered by the agency. Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by June 30, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. EST. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed delivery order based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
