Contract to purchase two (2) booths at the 2024 NAFSA Annual Conference and Expo held in New Orleans, LA and purchase NAFSA’s Global Adviser Partnership Program

The Department of Commerce (DOC) intends to make a sole source award in accordance with an Exception to Fair Opportunity order pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501.  The agency plans to contract in a manner other than full and open competition because there are items peculiar to one provider, and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirements.

The Department of Commerce (DOC) Office of the Secretary, Enterprise Services plans to issue one (12-month) base contract to purchase two (2) booths at the 2024 NAFSA Annual Conference and Expo held in New Orleans, LA and purchase NAFSA’s Global Adviser Partnership Program.

As a result, DOC requires the services of the only authorized NAFSA Annual Conference and Expo service provider (NAFSA) to provide the services needed since no service provider other than NAFSA provides services for their annual conference and expo.  This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.  A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.  The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.  However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
