The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for LE Staff Health Insurance for US Embassy Harare, Zimbabwe as per attached solicitation documents.

The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line "Proposal 19GE5023R0033” on or before 1500hrs Central European Time (CET) on June 7, 2023, to ReinmuellerNU@state.gov. No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above.

Please note:
a.All communication and the award documents shall be in English.
b.Please do NOT contact the US Embassy Harare directly regarding this project.
c.Attachment 1 of the solicitation contains the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet forpricing you need to complete / submit. You may choose the currency of your offer,but we would like to point out that your chosen currency cannot be changed at anylater date.
d.Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section3 / Instructions to offerors (page 48) of the solicitation.
e.An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause52.212-4 (t)).
f.Section 5 of the solicitation contains the representations and certifications you needto complete / submit.
g.Attachment 2 (Contract Information Sheet / Experience Listing) – please use thisformat to submit the requested information.

A virtual Pre-Proposal conference to discuss the terms and conditions of this solicitation and resulting contract and to explain the Instructions to Offerors for proposal submission will be held on May 10, 2023 at 09:00 am Central European Summer Time (CEST) / 09:00 Harare Time via Webex. Prior registration is required. Interested offerors shall register for the pre-proposal conference by May 9, 2023 with an email to ReinmuellerNU@state.gov.

Any questions regarding the subject solicitation may be directed to Ms. Nadja Reinmueller via e-mail ReinmuellerNU@state.gov no later than 1500hrs Central European Time (CET) on May 11, 2023. Questions will be collected, and in the interest of fair contracting, the replies will be provided anonymously in form of a solicitation amendment.
