Description

UPDATE 04/9/2025 - Amendment to solicitation to include clauses that apply to services and incorporate the applicable wage rate for location of performance. Please see SF30 and attachment for more information.

The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine Services
(PPQ) in Idaho intends to secure services including all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation,
operating supplies, and incidentals necessary for applying Telone II (1,3-dichloropropene 97.5 %, inert
ingredients 2.5 %) over specific areas in Bingham County Idaho, United States. The type and amount of
equipment and personnel needed to accomplish the contract work is the responsibility of the
Contractor. The work shall be done in strict compliance with the specifications provided by the
Contracting Officer Representative and the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this
solicitation and Statement of work. USDA APHIS will purchase Telone II separately and provide to the
applicator. This solicitation is for application services only.
