Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services (SEP  2023)

1.    The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island hereby issues Request for Quote (RFQ) PANROC-24-P-0000 000428 in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of Roll Off Containers in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA).

Product Description/Quantity:

⦁    20-yard rectangle A frame hook lift container
⦁    Floor 3/16” cross members @ 24”
⦁    Walls, door, and head sheet 10 ga
⦁    Wall posts 10 ga, 4 bend formed post @ 36”
⦁    Top rail, door frame 4” x 3” x 3/16”
⦁    Structural tubular bottom runners 6” x 2” x 3/16”
⦁    Structural tubing A frame 6” x 2” x 3/16”
⦁    Hook height 62”

2.    This RFQ is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, IAW FAR 19.502-2(a), under NAICS code 332439 and Product Service Code 4540.

3.    Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Delivery shall be FOB (Free on Board) Destination to the following address:

4.    Requested Delivery Schedule: 60 days after estimated award date of 29 MAR 2024.

5.     The Government will evaluate quotes based on the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) quoted on the Attachment 0002 - Price Matrix and any other price related factors required by the RFQ. The TEP is calculated by multiplying the CLIN quantity times the unit price. Offerors shall complete the Price Matrix in its entirety; failure to do so may render the quote non-responsive.

6.    Payment for the purchase order will issue by Department of Finance and Accounting (DFAS) via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Clause 252.232-7006.

7.    List of Attachments:

8.    Quotes shall remain valid for 30 days. 

9.    Quote submissions shall include the following:

⦁    Provide your Small Business Size Standard

10.    Evaluation and Award: The Government anticipates awarding a single award Firm Fixed Price purchase order as a result of this RFQ to the responsible, responsive offer with the lowest TEP.

11.    QUESTIONS: All submissions for questions pertaining to this RFQ shall be in writing to Elizabeth Miller, Elizabeth.m.miller174.civ@army.mil and Anna Thissen, anna.e.thissen.civ@army.mil, by 1500 Central Time, 04 March 2024. 

12.    SUSPENSE: Quotes in response to this RFQ are due no later than 1500 Central Time, 08 March 2024.  Quote submission shall be electronically by email to Elizabeth Miller, Elizabeth.m.miller174.civ@army.mil and Anna Thissen, anna.e.thissen.civ@army.mil.
