FY22 iStalker BOA Order – Implementation of iStalker Visible Sensor (VIS) and Laser Range Finder (LRF) Class I Engineering Change Proposals

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) delivery order on a sole-source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) number N00164-19-G-JQ69, with Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp (Ball) of Boulder, CO. This order is for implementation of iStalker system Visible Sensor (VIS) and Laser Range Finder (LRF) Class I Engineering Change Proposals with major deliverables of the associated Government drawing updates and technical data. The contemplated delivery order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). Ball is the only company with the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience and facilities necessary to meet these requirements without unacceptable delays. This pre-solicitation notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice.
