Description
The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, (except government furnished material) tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform uniform alteration, performance costumes, seamstress and sewing services to the US Navy Ceremonial Guard. These services are to be performed at Building 47 (US Navy Ceremonial Guard), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington DC, or vendor’s place of
business. The vendor shall be responsible for all uniform tailoring and repair required by the Government for US
Navy Ceremonial Guard. Tasks shall include alterations, fitting, maintenance and repairs, embroidery for all official
uniforms and performance costumes in accordance with US Navy uniform regulations.
