Description
***This solicitation will remain as ‘open and continuous’ to receive vendor proposal/s as follows;
- Weekly basis (close of business on Thursdays) through March 31, 2023.
- Monthly (close of business on the last day of the month) from October through December
- Quarterly thereafter (close of business on the last day of the quarter); 4th Quarter July-September); 1st Quarter (October-December); 2nd Quarter (January-March)4th Quarter (April-June).
The awards (maximum of 12) will be dependent upon discretion of Government evaluation and acceptance by the evaluation Team, receipt of final documentation, successful certification checks and vendor registration.
Award notification is expected 2 to 3 weeks after evaluation od offerors per monthly award. the Government shall close individual zones based upon awards made within the zones. Once a zone is closed, no further proposals/quotes will be accepted. Please note that any vendors added via this process shall be awarded on a separate a BPA Call. The BPA will expire after a total of five years after award (period of performance will depend on date of award). The BPA will be a firm-fixed price award and will have a five-year ordering period.
The purpose of this BPA is to provide continued services once any previously awarded IDIQ’s or BPA’s expire.***
