Description
The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Mobility and Training Aircraft (MATAC) Division, Legacy Training Aircraft International Branch, Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) is conducting market research to identify, firms that may possess the expertise, capabilities, experience, and necessary data to respond to all requirements listed in this document. This will also assist the USG in determining whether this requirement will be full and open competition, a small business, or a sole source acquisition. This RFI is being issued to explore a technically sound and economical non-developmental solution, which can provide sustainment services in support of the T-6 Trainer Program for the Iraqi Air Force and Iraq Air Academy.
Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Small Businesses are encouraged to provide responses to this RFI in order to assist AFLCMC Legacy Training Aircraft International Branch, in determining potential levels of capability and competition available in the industry, as well as helping to establish a basis for developing any subsequent potential subcontract plan goal percentages.
It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the SAM.gov, GSA Advantage, and FedBizOpps site for additional information pertaining to this RFI.
